Method of payment:

Paypal only, click on the link to create your account if you don't  already use Paypal.

It is the safest and easiest way to pay online.

Please make sure your PayPal email and mailing address' are current, as Emma & Sophia is not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrectly listed mailing address

Shipping and handling:

Always free and with tracking number provided.

Processing of each order will take 3 days.

For international shipping please email us for a quote.

Exchanges:

If you receive a defective item please contact us within 3-4 days to arrange for an exchange. Shipment back to our store will be arranged, upon receipt of the defective item you will receive store credit in the original amount of your purchase.
